Regulatory Permitting Services

Defining the scope of permit requirements and restrictions during the early stages of any development or site improvement endeavor is critical to the timely completion and success of the project. MVE professional engineers’ acquired experience, coupled with regular professional training, provides current knowledge of Federal, State, county and local regulations, as well as permit application procedures and limitations.
New Jersey is one of the nation’s leaders in legislation for protecting and regulating the development of wetlands and environmentally sensitive areas. Development of land must address the complex array of wetland regulations and other environmental permitting requirements. These regulations often redefine the scope of the project.

M V Engineering, LLC has established positive relationships with many of the local, State and Federal regulatory agencies, as well as with many specialized professionals, should a project warrant interdisciplinary expertise.
